Citizen CPR Foundation Announces 2025 40 Under 40 Honorees
Recognizing Emerging Leaders Empowering the Response to Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Life-Threatening Emergencies
CHICAGO — Nov. 7, 2025 —The Citizen CPR Foundation (CCPRF) is proud to unveil the 40 Under 40 Class of 2025 honorees ahead of the Cardiac Arrest Survival Summit (CASSummit), taking place Dec. 3–6 at the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix, AZ.
Since its launch in 2018, CCPRF’s 40 Under 40 recognition program has honored talented, driven individuals shaping the future of sudden cardiac arrest awareness and outcomes. This year’s honorees are recognized in connection with CASSummit 2025 and its theme, Seconds to Act — Empowering the Response to Cardiac Arrest and Life-Threatening Emergencies, which underscores how preparedness, rapid response and innovation can transform survival from sudden cardiac arrest and time-sensitive emergencies.
This year’s 40 recipients were selected from a highly competitive pool. Each honoree has demonstrated exceptional dedication to advancing lifesaving techniques and an unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of our communities.
“The 2025 40 Under 40 class reflects the heart of our Seconds to Act theme — individuals who are improving how we prepare for and respond to cardiac arrest and other life-threatening emergencies,” says Stuart Berger, MD, CCPRF President. “We’re so proud of this group and inspired by their commitment to saving lives through education, advocacy and innovation. They truly represent the future of resuscitation and emergency response.”
The 40 Under 40 Class of 2025 includes: Ania Aliev; Nathaniel Balch; Anne Clarke; Kenneth Cugle; Cody Dunne; Evan Ernst; Dana Evans; Alyssa Fillmore; Grace Firestone; Jeffery Forbes; Vishwa Gankid/Reddy; Amanda Goucher; Anne Juul Grabmayr; Kathryn Graham; Katie Hagood; Tegan Hampton; Jacob Hutton; Usman Jamal; EB Keime; Robby Klaber; Tom Lowe; Laura Mantella; Aubi Nemeth; Amanda O’Halloran; Kevin Omohundro; Mike Papale; Chris Postill; Halle Price; Ryan Reece; James Salio; Priyansh Shah; Megan S.; Carolina Snypes; Sara Stephens; Julieta Valdes De la Garza; Walter Watts; Shannon Wolf; Bentley Woods Curry; Kuldeep Yadav; Lin Zicheng.
CCPRF’s 40 Under 40 recognition program engages, strengthens and celebrates the future of sudden cardiac arrest response and survival by recognizing 40 outstanding individuals who are under 40 years of age. In order to be considered a 40 Under 40 honoree, individuals must have made a meaningful contribution to SCA outcomes in a personal or professional setting, including saving a life; implementing training and preparedness initiatives in a community, group or business setting; raising awareness on a local, regional or national scale; making unique contributions to cardiac arrest science, practice or research; or developing product innovations and enhancements.
The 40 Under 40 Class of 2025 will be formally recognized during CASSummit 2025. More information is available at www.CitizenCPRSummit.org.
The Foundation recognizes the many sponsors who make the conference possible, especially our Signature Sponsor Zoll, and our Diamond Sponsor, American Red Cross, which were especially helpful in planning and promoting the 2025 Summit.
